Day 02

Day 02: Leh - Sham Valley Exploration

After breakfast, embark on a journey to explore the beauty of Sham Valley. Your day will include
visits to Likir Monastery, Alchi Monastery, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, the Hall of Fame museum, and
the confluence of Zanskar & Indus Rivers at Sangam. Return to Leh for an overnight stay.

Day 03

Day 03: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass

Today, after breakfast, you will head to Nubra Valley, known as the Valley of Flowers, via the
renowned Khardungla Pass, which stands at an astonishing 18,380 feet and is the second highest
motorable road in the world. Upon arrival in Nubra Valley, check in to your hotel or camp. Enjoy a
delicious lunch provided by your accommodation. Afterward, take a leisurely walk along the banks
of the Shayok River and even partake in a camel ride on the double-humped camels amidst the sand
dunes between Deskit and Hundur Villages. Overnight in Nubra Valley.

Day 04

Day 04: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake

Following breakfast, depart for Pangong Lake, located at an elevation of 14,500 feet. This journey

will take approximately 6-7 hours. Upon reaching the campsite, you'll have free time to relax and
witness the mesmerizing colors of the lake as they change throughout the day. Enjoy the
breathtaking sunset by the lake. Overnight at Pangong Lake.

Day 05

Day 05: Pangong Lake to Hanle via Chushul Village

After breakfast, set out on a picturesque drive to Hanle, passing through Chushul Village and Tsaga
La (15,200 ft). Hanle is home to the Indian Astronomical Observatory, making it a significant and
sensitive location due to its proximity to the Tibetan/Chinese border. Here, you can find the
Himalayan Chandra Telescope, a 2m gamma-ray telescope, and the world's second-largest gamma-
ray telescope currently under construction. History enthusiasts will appreciate the connection of
King Singge Namgyal to this region. Enjoy your stay in a local guest house. Overnight in Hanle.

Day 06

Day 06: Hanle to Tsomoriri via Mahe Bridge

After breakfast, drive to Tsomoriri Lake via the picturesque Ya Ya Tso Lake and the Nurpa Pass (16,100 ft).
Continue your journey to Tsomoriri Lake, crossing the Mahe Bridge and arriving at Korzok by late afternoon. Take
a leisurely walk around the lake to immerse yourself in its stunning beauty. Overnight in Korzok.

Day 07

Day 07: Tsomoriri to Leh via Tsokar Lake and Taglangla Pass

In the morning, after breakfast, depart for Leh. Enroute, you will pass Puga with its natural sulfur mine, Tsokar
Lake, and the towering Taglangla Pass at 17,585 feet, the world's third-highest motorable road. Arrive in Leh in
the evening for an overnight stay.
